An antique PL Imperial Austria porcelain tankard/ pitcher featuring a classical, hand painted grape and leaf motif on the exterior of the pitcher.
Light signs of wear present. Please see Condition Notes below.
Exact date of production unknown. Approx. production, 1914 to 1918 based on maker's mark.
Markings:
- Marked on base of pitcher/ tankard, "Imperial Austria PL" with crown symbol in light green along with the hand painted initials - E.R.R. - in gold
- Markings indicate production of piece between 1914 to 1918
Measurements:
- Height: approx. 10 1/2” inches tall
- Interior Opening: right under 3" inches round + spout opening
- Base Diameter: 5” inches round
Condition:
- Good, antique condition
- No chips or cracks present
- Light signs of wear/ scratches, etc. found throughout entire piece (exterior and interior) with light signs of wear primarily seen along the bottom area of the pitcher. (Please view Photos #6 thru #10) -
